We offer a 14 day return policy. Any item returned to us within this time period will be valid for a full refund for the garment. We do not refund any postage costs.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving the item back to us. If you have not received after this please contact us at hello@snoody.store so we can look into this further.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at this time. Please ensure you send your item back to us by a trackable method as we cannot refund if the parcel does not arrive back to us.
